We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Catering Assistant to join the team in our Restaurant in Brookside Garden Centre. Our competitive rates of pay range from £10.40 to £12.75 per hour dependent on age. The hours for this role are 20 per week over 3 days. All positions include weekend working so flexibility is a must.

The Role

  • Support in all areas of food production working with fresh ingredients.
  • Preparing hot and cold snacks and deli items on order.
  • Carry out food preparation checks in line with food hygiene safety standards.
  • Cleaning of all back of house and kitchen preparation areas and equipment.
  • Closing back of house area each day to company standards.
