We are looking for a Full Time Coffee Shop Manager to join the team in our Coffee Shop in Weaver Vale Garden Centre. Our competitive salary is dependent on experience. The hours for this role are 45 per week over 5 days. All positions include regular weekend working so flexibility is a must. However, we have the added benefit of no evening work and no split shifts. Our Centre is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day which means time with the family on these important days.

The Role

As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Coffee Shop team to serve our fabulous food with outstanding service and personality.

What you will be doing as a Coffee Shop Manager?

  • Set up and maintain the front of house and counters each day to our company standards
  • Presenting menus, serving, and helping customers select food and beverage by offering suggestions
  • Providing Counter Service and preparing beverages including our barista bean to cup Illy coffee
  • Deliver our in-house prepared meals to customers at their tables
  • Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to hygiene and cleanliness
  • Processing payment at electronic till points
  • Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed
  • Closing front of house areas each day to our company standards
