We are looking for a Full Time Permanent General Assistant to join the team in our Houghton Hall Garden Centre. Our competitive rates of pay range is dependent on age. The hours for this position are 41.5 hours per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.
The Role
- Provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases within mainly the outdoor areas.
- Till operation and serving customers.
- Stock replenishment and merchandising across the outdoor department.
- Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays.
- Assisting our customers across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW.
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars.
- Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets.
