Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to enhance margin and profitability across regions in close partnership with FP Sales teams.
- Deliver transparency on where profitability is gained or lost across customers, product lines, and transactions.
- Analyse CM1 and CM2 margins and develop tracking mechanisms that highlight risk and opportunity.
- Provide pricing and margin insight for both new business opportunities and existing customer portfolios.
- Support commercial performance monitoring, identifying variances vs. budgets and supporting corrective action plans.
- Strengthen commercial margin enhancement capabilities across FP in collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams.
- Drive best practices in margin enhancement and commercial processes.
- Streamline FP Commercial reporting and proactively deliver insights to senior leadership up to Board level.
- Produce ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic decision making.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Academic degree in Finance (Postgraduate or MBA preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience driving commercial finance initiatives, reporting, and business support.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to extract, interpret, and communicate insights to all stakeholder levels.
- Analytical, independent, and methodical approach.
- Confident change agent with strong communication and interpersonal impact.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multinational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, SAP or E1.
- Strong presentation and slide-building abilities.
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
Experience
- 5–7 years of business experience.
- 3–4 years in commercial finance roles.
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles is a strong plus.
- Packaging industry experience beneficial but not required.
