Klöckner Pentaplast is seeking a part-time Employee Wellbeing Partner to drive proactive wellbeing across UK sites, starting at St Helens and Featherstone.
You will work closely with HR and HSE to implement practical initiatives and engage employees on site.
You will translate wellbeing concepts into site-ready actions, analyze trends, and maintain external partnerships to strengthen the programme while travelling between UK sites as required.
