Legal Counsel (1-Year FTC) – Hybrid | London (1-2 days/week)

Join Klöckner Pentaplast as a Legal Counsel (1–3 PQE) on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model (typically 1–2 days each week in our office).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare, review and maintain a wide range of legal documents, contracts and agreements.
• Support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, tracking and ongoing administration.
• Assist with corporate records, board materials and compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather information and provide clear, practical legal support.
• Organise and deliver legal training sessions to colleagues on policies, compliance and relevant legal topics.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of legal activities, agreements and documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified lawyer with 1–3 PQE (or equivalent).
• In‑house experience is not required – private‑practice candidates are welcome.
• Strong drafting, interpretation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work at pace with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating legal complexity into clear, user‑friendly guidance.
• A collaborative mindset – team player, flexible and commercially aware.
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
