We are looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activity across the EMEA region on a 6–12 month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and the wider HR function to deliver high‑quality recruitment across multiple countries, supporting business growth and ensuring a strong candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their TA career within an international, fast‑paced environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across the EMEA region
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insight
- Source and attract candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage
- Maintain accurate data within the ATS and support reporting requirements
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different countries and functions
Functional Knowledge and Technical Skills
- Previous experience in recruitment (in‑house or agency)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Comfortable working across multiple roles and geographies
- Experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Able to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Educational Requirements / Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with recruitment systems and tools
