We are looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activity across the EMEA region on a 6–12 month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and the wider HR function to deliver high‑quality recruitment across multiple countries, supporting business growth and ensuring a strong candidate experience. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across the EMEA region
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insight
  • Source and attract candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage
  • Maintain accurate data within the ATS and support reporting requirements
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different countries and functions

Functional Knowledge and Technical Skills

  • Previous experience in recruitment (in‑house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple roles and geographies
  • Experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Able to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Educational Requirements / Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems and tools

  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are advantageous)
