We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, and site facilities at our Featherstone manufacturing plant.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations for a high‑volume manufacturing site
- Drive preventive/predictive maintenance, reliability, and TPM initiatives
- Oversee site utilities, building systems, and contractor management
- Manage capital projects—scope, budget, timelines, and delivery
- Ensure safe engineering practices and compliance with HSE standards IOSH or NEBOSH
- Lead and develop a skilled engineering and maintenance team
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
- 7+ years in manufacturing engineering/maintenance, including leadership
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and process knowledge
- Experience with reliability, CMMS, and maintenance best practices
- Project management or Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred)
