Focused on creating partnerships with a global base of customers, we offer excellent, safe, and innovative maintenance services. We pride ourselves on our skilled and knowledgeable team who are committed to delivering excellent service.

The Role

The Technical Talent Development Coordinator has been designed to play a key role in developing the future capability of our technical workforce. As we continue to grow and develop the organisation, we’ve created this role to act as an intrinsic link across departments as we strengthen our people capabilities. Working closely with operational managers, employees, apprentices and training providers, you'll coordinate training, development and progression activities across our Base Maintenance, Workshops and Site Maintenance teams.

You'll help ensure employees and apprentices have the skills, qualifications and support needed to succeed, tracking progress, identifying development needs and helping to keep training plans on course. Acting as a central point of coordination, you'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide valuable insight through reporting and dashboards, and help create clear pathways for career development.

A key part of the role will be coordinating and supporting the apprentice programme, acting as the link between apprentices, mentors, managers and our Technical College. You'll help track progress, coordinate follow-up actions and provide valuable oversight of the apprentice journey, ensuring any concerns relating to progression, attendance or performance are highlighted and escalated appropriately.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll also support leadership team activities by providing workforce development insights, coordinating employee engagement initiatives and contributing to wider business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across all levels of an organisation and wants to make a tangible impact on both people development and operational success.

This position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
