We are a trusted plumbing and heating company based in Bedford, specialising in both residential and commercial plumbing and heating works. Our services include central heating installations, boiler maintenance and repair, high end bespoke new build / existing houses / refurbs, first and second fix plumbing, plant rooms, bathroom refurbishments and maintenance. With over 20 years of experience, our success is fuelled by the dedication of our team and quality of work.
Salary: £39,000 - £45,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent; Self-employed (CIS scheme); Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Self-employed full-time CIS scheme - fortnightly pay (1 week in hand).
Ongoing staff training and development opportunities.
- Valid Gas Safe Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
- Knowledge of central heating wiring including smart controls (S plan and Y plan systems) is desirable
- Commercial experience is desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- High end quality of work is a must
Are you a skilled Gas Engineer or Plumber looking to advance your career? We are seeking a motivated individual to join the team. This full-time position comes with a company van, fuel card, and workwear. While you will require your own hand tools and power tools, we will provide the necessary gas analyser.
Responsibilities include:
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of domestic gas appliances and heating systems
- Conducting domestic gas safety inspections (CP12's) / servicing and breakdown
- Carrying out boiler and central heating installations / powerflushing
- General plumbing tasks / maintenance
- 1st/ 2nd fixing of bespoke high-end houses / plant rooms
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs of heating systems
