As an experienced member of our Business Development team, you will generate interest in our market-leading ECM software Doxis and create high-quality leads. Our Head of Business Development will support you as a sparring partner, helping you expand your expertise through targeted strategic guidance and personalized coaching. Within 12–24 months, we aim to take the next step together with you—your expertise in ECM and sales will make you a sought-after Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Marketing Specialist!

Your Responsibilities

  • You qualify leads
  • You conduct in-depth market research and identify the right contacts
  • You turn leads into sales opportunities and inspire potential customers
  • Using a multi-channel approach, you arrange consultation meetings between potential clients and our sales team
  • You build and maintain important, long-term relationships with potential customers
  • You regularly maintain and expand data in Salesforce

Your Profile

  • You are hungry for success, persistent, and eager to build a fast-track career
  • You already hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business/economics, or are currently studying alongside work
  • You have a confident presence and are not afraid of cold calling
  • You already have some initial experience in sales, especially cold calling
  • Above all, you are enthusiastic about modern software solutions and software sales
  • You speak perfect English and look forward to working with colleagues from around the world
  • You have the determination and ambition to shape your own success through your performance
  • You work in a hybrid model and are on-site two to three days per week
