As Product Manager (Transport), you will own the product strategy, portfolio roadmap, and commercial success of Klipboard's transport and logistics solutions, including the Vigo platform, which powers planning efficiency, world-class customer communication, invoicing, and operational insight. You will set clear direction across multiple product areas and work closely with Engineering, GTM, Data, and Executive leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a compelling long-term product vision for Transport, aligned to Klipboard's overall strategy. Identify growth opportunities across on-premise and SaaS solutions, including modernisation, platform consolidation, and AI-led differentiation.
  • Portfolio & Roadmap Ownership: Own and govern a multi-year product roadmap spanning multiple teams and initiatives. Ensure investment is balanced across innovation, platform resilience, technical debt, security, and regulatory needs.
  • Commercial Accountability: Own the commercial success of the Transport product portfolio, including revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term profitability.
  • AI & Innovation Leadership: Lead the introduction of agentic AI capabilities into transport workflows, ensuring AI initiatives are practical, ethical, secure, and deliver tangible customer value.
  • Leadership & Governance: Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and senior product leaders. Set clear standards for product discovery, documentation, decision-making, and outcome measurement.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Act as a senior product partner to Engineering, Data, Security, and GTM leaders. Engage directly with strategic customers to validate direction, test assumptions, and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Compliance, Security & Platform Resilience: Ensure products meet data protection, security, and standards-based integration requirements.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Essential: 8-12+ years experience in Product Management within SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software. Proven experience leading Product Managers and owning multi-product portfolios.
  • Nice to Have: Logistics, transport, or warehousing domain experience. Experience modernising legacy/on-premise products to SaaS platforms.
