- Employee Relations & Risk Management: Provide expert guidance and oversight on complex employee relations matters, ensuring resolution in line with best practice, legal standards, and company policy. Identify and mitigate people-related risks through early intervention, education, and policy governance.
- People Expertise & Governance: On occasions, you may be required to be an escalated point of contact as a subject matter expert (SME) on HR policies, employment law, and best practices globally and regionally. Ensure consistent and compliant application of people processes, policies, and practices within the function.
- Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement: Leverage people analytics and insights to inform decision-making and influence outcomes. Continuously improve HRBP practices, tools, and approaches to enhance impact and efficiency.
