As a professional sales account manager, you will be part of an office-based digital sales team with the occasional requirement to travel to customer sites. You will be responsible for selling our B2B and B2C automotive software to new customers covering the UK and Ireland.
As a Sales Representative, you will work alongside a team to build new client relationships by making outbound calls to automotive workshops and garages and speaking to business owners and decision makers. You will need to have excellent communication skills and will have the ability to be resourceful and use initiative when it comes to generating new leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for creating and managing a pipeline of prospect customers
- Generating new business leads and qualifying information
- Contact potential new clients to sell our products and services
- Account manage the existing customer base
- Maintain and update accurate information on our CRM database
- Demonstrate the software online with customers
- Upsell additional services to existing clients
