As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of desk-based sales professionals focused on high-volume, short-cycle ERP sales. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in fast-paced SaaS or ERP environments—particularly those with a background in reseller channels or transactional B2B sales.
You’ll be accountable for team performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth across key verticals, including automotive, tire, and vehicle tracking. If you thrive in a data-driven sales culture and know how to turn a busy pipeline into results, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of desk-based sales executives targeting SME and mid-market customers.
- Drive performance through structured coaching, metrics, and sales process discipline.
- Ensure consistent pipeline development and deal progression across a high volume of short sales cycles.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine campaigns and customer targeting.
- Leverage your experience in channel or reseller-based sales models to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Continuously review and improve sales performance through data, feedback, and customer insights.
- Represent the business at customer and partner meetings when required.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or ERP sales, with at least 2 years managing a sales team.
- Strong track record in high-volume, KPI-led sales environments with short deal cycles.
- Experience working with channel partners or resellers is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop desk-based or inside sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using CRM systems and sales performance dashboards.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Industry experience in automotive, tire, or telematics/vehicle tracking is a plus
