We’re seeking a strategic and commercially minded Proposition Manager to lead the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of our payments propositions. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape how we deliver value through our embedded payments capabilities — ensuring our propositions are compelling, differentiated, and aligned with the needs of our ERP customer base.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to bring ideas to life — from concept and go-to-market strategy to in-life optimization. If you’re passionate about simplifying complex workflows and improving customer outcomes through software, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Proposition Ownership: Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of propositions for specific payments products or customer segments within our ERP/SaaS ecosystem.
  • Customer and Market Insight: Conduct and synthesize market, competitor, and customer research to identify new opportunities and validate proposition ideas.
  • Value Proposition Development: Define compelling, differentiated value propositions that clearly articulate customer benefits and commercial impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring propositions to life, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Shape go-to-market plans and messaging, aligning internal teams around proposition positioning and launch.
  • Commercial Modeling: Build business cases and pricing strategies to support proposition development and investment decisions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor proposition performance post-launch, using data and feedback to iterate and improve outcomes.
  • Customer Advocacy: Be a champion for the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are at the core of every proposition.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

You’re a strategic thinker with a strong commercial and customer-first mindset. You know how to develop and scale propositions in SaaS environments and understand the unique needs of ERP customers.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience in proposition development, product marketing, or commercial product roles — ideally within SaaS, ERP, fintech, or B2B software.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, including pricing, business case development, and market analysis.
  • A track record of successfully launching and optimizing customer-facing propositions.
  • Ability to conduct and synthesize customer and competitor research into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • A passion for solving customer problems and delivering measurable business value.

As a global company, we value and respect the diversity of our workforce, aiming to empower everyone to embrace each other’s differences. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to our company and culture. We recognize the benefits of a diverse workforce, where creativity and valuing differences enable us all to thrive and sparks innovation.

If you require any help, adjustments and/or support during the interview and offer process then please advise our TA or HR team.

Research shows that women and other underrepresented groups are less likely to apply for a role unless they meet every listed requirement. However, we recognise that skills and experience come in many forms, and we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every criterion. If you are passionate about this role and believe you have the right mindset and transferable skills, we would love to hear from you!
