Key Responsibilities
- Operating as the lead point of contact for your accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders
- Understand client objectives and align Insphire solutions to meet business needs
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Liaise with cross‑functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development) to improve the entire customer experience
- Occasional travel may be required
- Attend and support customer events and trade shows as expected
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years in account management, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
- Strong understanding of rental or asset management industries is advantageous
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
