Join to apply for the Senior Software Engineer role at Klipboard. We’re looking for an ambitious Developer to join our technical team and help execute our growth strategy for Klipboard solutions. This is a growth-stage technology company with a close-knit team and rapid career progression opportunities as we scale over the next 12 months.
We’re a market leader in Retail software environments, supporting single or multi-branch operations for a broad range of industries. Klipboard is a SaaS-based platform focused on enterprise mobility and field service management. Our mission is to help customers overcome constraints by delivering solutions that streamline processes and keep them ahead of the curve.
Position Overview: As a Software Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust ERP solutions across multiple products (e.g., VAST, AutoWork, ERPOne). You will be part of a cross-functional squad in a Scrum environment delivering features that drive real value for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ERP One modules and related solutions
- Collaborate within a Scrum squad to deliver high-quality, scalable ERP features
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Work closely with Product, QA, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and technical practices
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience developing with C#, Blazor and other similar languages
- A good understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Strong SQL or Oracle backend
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience using Jira for task management
Desirable:
- Background in wholesale, distribution, or automotive sectors
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions
- Willing to assist with building tests to automate testing
- An understanding of Git and Linux
