Responsibilities
- As a New Business Sales Executive, promote our suite of software solutions into the wholesale, manufacturing and distribution marketplace with the aim to deliver new business sales against an agreed annual target.
- Focus on acquiring new customers by selling and promoting our K8 software-based solution through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, networking and sales presentations with the presales team.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospects, understand their needs and ultimately close deals to drive revenue growth for the company.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: identify and research potential customers who may be interested in our K8 solution.
- Cold calling and Outreach: initiate contact with prospects to introduce offerings and schedule meetings or demonstrations.
- Conducting Sales Presentations: present products and services to potential customers, address objections, and highlight value.
- Building Relationships: cultivate relationships by understanding prospects’ needs, challenges and goals and position the company as a trusted advisor.
- Negotiating and Closing Deals: negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to secure new business and meet sales targets.
- Collaboration: work with internal teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: track sales activities and pipeline progress using the CRM and provide regular reports as requested by management.
- Continuous Learning: stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and product developments.
