We are looking for a talented full stack developer to join the Autowork Go product development team. Autowork Go is a web-based garage management system used in the UK and some European countries. We are working on the enhancements and integrations required to get the product ready for the US market.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience working with Microsoft and web development technologies including C#, .NET, HTML/CSS, Javascript and Azure SQL. You will work closely with our product owner, development lead, developers, testers and our support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to define, design and ship new features
  • Exploit third-party services through API integrations
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues
  • Stay updated on and explore emerging technologies to evaluate how they can help our business
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the product owners and other members of the development team
  • Prioritise workload based on business priorities and customer demand under the direction of your line manager.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
  • 3 years’ experience of web application development in a Microsoft environment
  • SQL / SQL Server/ Azure SQL
  • Familiar with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and experience with stakeholders at various levels
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of software development in the automotive sector
  • Experience of applying AI tools and techniques
  • Experience of third-party API integrations
  • Good knowledge of UX/UI principles
