We are looking for a Product Mission Lead to own a product mission from concept through to release, combining product management, ownership and business analysis, while leveraging AI and modern tooling to maximise judgement, prioritisation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver B2B software products from concept through release.
- Own product backlogs and define deliverables that meet clearly defined requirements.
- Engage customers directly, making commercial decisions based on their needs.
- Analyse data to validate product assumptions and inform prioritisation.
- Produce structured, actionable documentation and communicate clearly in writing.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Domain expertise in ERP, distribution, automotive, rental or field service.
- Experience delivering AI‑enabled product features or integrating AI into product workflows.
- Familiarity with pricing and packaging models, including usage‑based or consumption based approaches.
Work Environment
Hybrid work policy: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
