Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to and working side by side with Business Development Managers, you’ll be the first point of contact for almost all new customers in a fast‑paced, fun and highly rewarding environment.
  • Cover all channels such as phone, email and social; create clever ways to break through the noise and book meetings for the team to close.
  • Mainly outbound but also handle warm leads from inbound marketing.
  • Initially work from our established sales playbook for outbound, but over time you will use your instincts to personalise it and further enhance and develop your prospecting skill set.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong new business and upselling sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively approach tasks.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Flexibility, open‑mindedness and teamwork orientation.
  • Fast learner – you will receive training from the sales manager.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of KCS applications in the distributor sector.
  • Knowledge of the general distributor sector.
  • Appreciation for all products and services within the Klipboard offering.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools; HubSpot is a plus.
