Key Responsibilities

- To achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
- To achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
- To manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems.
- To establish a strong working relationship with your peers.
- To support your manager with achieving pre planned budgets/targets.
- To manage personal time and productivity.
- To manage pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director.
- To maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- To maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue and maximising contract length and value.
- To respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Responsible for improving customer retention within the business and achieving set budget targets.
- Having a commercial approach to dealing with issues customers may have with RAM and looking to improve customer relationships by solving these issues, ending in a positive outcome for both parties.
- Hitting upsell/cross sell targets in line with budget.
