Key Responsibilities- Producing standard monthly and periodic reports, including sales lead generation, pipeline progression, bookings, and backlog.
- Preparing month-end reporting packs with KPIs and analytical commentary for review by department leads and senior finance partners.
- Managing templates to ensure reporting aligns with brand guidelines.
- Maintaining data for forecasts, budgets, and reforecasts.
- Contributing to the monthly investor board pack.
- Participating in the annual budgeting process and final budget presentation.
- Reviewing and analyzing central costs monthly.
- Performing ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Experience in a similar financial analysis role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, large datasets, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong IT skills and quick learner of new systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interpret and explain financial data to diverse audiences.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification or QBE.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Phocas.
- Experience in business partnering and analytical review of results.
