We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate demand generation for our Rental products — particularly inspHire and Current RMS — across international markets. This is a performance-driven role focused on driving pipeline through paid channels, SEO, and conversion optimisation across key geographies including the UK, US, Australia, South Africa, and Europe.
You’ll work closely with product marketers, content creators, and our in-house paid media team to execute full-funnel digital campaigns that attract the right audience and convert them into high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for Rental products across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook.
- Drive pipeline growth through paid demand gen campaigns tailored to each region.
- Collaborate with our central paid media team to localise ad copy, audiences, and offers.
- Manage and optimise website pages and landing pages in partnership with the web team to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on pipeline impact (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC).
- Coordinate with content and SEO teams to enhance organic visibility for Rental search terms.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, CTAs, and offers to improve ROI.
- Build and maintain campaign assets in HubSpot (forms, workflows, tracking, etc.).
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in B2B SaaS).
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Experience with HubSpot, CMS tools, and campaign tracking.
- Analytical mindset — confident with metrics like CPL, ROAS, MQL-SQL conversion.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the Rental, Events, or Equipment Hire industry.
- Comfortable working independently across multiple regions.
