Key Responsibilities
- Translate commercial strategy into actionable insights that support pricing decisions and business growth.
- Collaborate with the Global Pricing Manager on monetisation strategies for new products such as AI tools, ERP solutions and data services.
- Optimise pricing and packaging of existing products, reviewing structures, models and identifying incremental revenue opportunities.
- Support the implementation of new pricing approaches, monitoring performance and ensuring pricing governance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, organise and analyse customer and commercial data.
- Support pricing analysis and prepare data-driven recommendations.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance.
Market Research
- Conduct desk research on competitors, market trends and industry developments.
- Support the creation of market intelligence reports.
- Benchmark customer and competitor pricing information.
Customer Research
- Assist in preparing and conducting customer interviews and surveys.
- Summarise and present customer insights in a clear, structured way.
- Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to share findings.
Operations & Governance
- Contribute to the rollout of new pricing structures and related processes.
- Support documentation, process tracking and pricing governance activities.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in an analytical, commercial or research role (software/tech experience a plus but not essential).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to organise, interpret and present data clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and curiosity about pricing and business strategy.
- Ability to manage small tasks independently and keep projects moving.
