As Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in telling the story of our products to the market. Your mission is to deeply understand the product’s value proposition and transform that understanding into compelling messages and content for customers, prospects, and internal audiences. You will be instrumental in creating and managing content such as white papers, case studies, benchmarks, brochures, and other resources that support the product’s value proposition. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches and implement innovative marketing initiatives designed to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Marketing for Existing Solutions
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive toolkit to support product sales, ensuring materials are updated in a timely manner.
  • Persona Development: Create detailed user and buyer personas to guide targeted marketing efforts.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create materials that articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions, and train them on their usage.
  • Demand Generation: Assist with the development and execution of demand creation initiatives to increase awareness of our product value propositions.
  • Content Development: Work with the marketing team to craft high-impact content, including case studies, white papers, customer references, and event support materials for regional teams.
  • Internal Communications: Ensure regional teams are kept informed with timely announcements and updates about new materials and releases.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an accessible repository of all marketing assets and release information.
  • Support for New Product Releases
    • Launch Preparation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a range of sales tools and marketing materials in alignment with the product release plan.
    • Value Proposition Development: Lead the creation of clear, compelling value propositions and articulate their benefits to target markets and potential customers.
    • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute product launch campaigns, leveraging creative content strategies to capture market attention and drive product adoption.
  • Inform and Engage Customers
    • New Product Communication: Inform customers about new product releases and drive adoption rates through impactful content creation.
    • Content Channels: Work across multiple content types and channels, including product sheets, sales enablement tools, videos, animations, emails, in-product announcements, and websites.
    Skills and Expertise
    • Content Creation: Ability to write for various marketing materials, effectively communicating the product’s value.
    • Customer Understanding: Strong empathy for customers and the ability to identify their pain points and preferences through beta testing, surveys, and feedback sessions.
    • Sales Enablement: Expertise in creating sales enablement tools, training resources, and content to support the sales team.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and product success.
    • Project Coordination: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives, campaigns, and product launches simultaneously.
    Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
    • Experience: At least 3 years of previous experience in B2B product content within a tech/SaaS environment.
    • Proven track record of briefing creative teams and managing asset creation from concept to completion.
    • Skills: Blend of marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and product knowledge.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey value propositions to diverse audiences.
    • Ability to understand and translate technical software features into customer-centric benefits.
    • Analytical mindset to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support.
    • Creativity in crafting product positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns that stand out in the market.
