Klipboard in Bromsgrove is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our MSP-style team, providing high-quality technical support to a global client base. The role focuses on Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, M365 and Azure workloads in a fast-paced environment.
You will work in a hybrid setup: 2 days remote, 3 days in the Bromsgrove office, with equipment provided for home working and paid on-call rotations. Prior MSP experience and Azure/365 certifications are highly desirable.
