Responsibilities

  • Reporting to and working side by side with Business Development Managers, you'll be the first point of contact for almost all new customers.
  • Initiate contact via phone, email, social media and other channels; create creative ways to break through noise and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Work primarily on outbound prospecting, while also handling warm leads generated by inbound marketing.
  • Initially follow the established outbound sales playbook; later adapt and enhance prospecting based on your own instincts.

  • Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative-driven and proactive approach.
