Ihr Profil
- 3-jährige Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und KinderkrankenpflegerIn
- Fachweiterbildung in Notfallpflege oder Bachelor Notfallpflege, bzw. Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren
- die Schulung zur Ersteinschätzung des Manchester Triage System

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aufnahmearzt und der MFA
- Einschätzung der Dringlichkeit und Erkennen von Notfällen
- Fähigkeit verantwortlich, zuverlässig und selbständig zu arbeiten
- Fähigkeit Prioritäten setzen zu können
- Übernahme ärztlicher Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der "ärztlicher Delegation"
- Drei-Schichtsystem (inkl. Wochenende und Feiertage)
- Übernahme der Schichtleitung
- Flexibilität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Konfliktfähigkeit
- Aufgeschlossenheit für Neuerungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit üblichen PC-Programmen wie Word, Excel
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung von theoretischen Kenntnissen in die Praxis
