Das Zentrum für Notfallmedizin (Komm. Leitung Herr Univ.-Prof. Dr. Gielen) des Klinikum Lippe (Standort Detmold) sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Dispatcher (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Die Zentren Detmold und Lemgo werden als eigenständige Klinik geführt und bearbeiten jährlich über 62.000 Notfallpatienten aller Fachdisziplinen. Die Zentralen Notaufnahmen sind Teil einer zertifizierten Chest Pain Unit, einer regionalen Stroke Unit sowie der Trauma Zentren.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Prozesssteuerung und Zeitmanagement: Aktive Überwachung und Verkürzung der Patientenverweildauer in der ZNA durch Engpassmanagement.
- Diagnostik-Terminierung: Effiziente Koordination und Priorisierung notwendiger Untersuchungen (z. B. CT, MRT, Röntgen, Labor) in enger Abstimmung mit den Ärzten der ZNA und den Funktionsabteilungen.
- Transfermanagement: Organisation und Beschleunigung des zeitnahen Patiententransfers auf die Zielstationen zur Entlastung der Notaufnahme-Kapazitäten.
- Sektorenübergreifende Steuerung: Identifikation von Patienten mit niedrigem Risiko (nach Manchester Triage) und aktive Vermittlung in die ambulanten Strukturen des Klinikums oder der angeschlossenen MVZ-Praxen.
- Kommunikation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen und pflegerischen Leitungsteam sowie der Bettenplanung.
Ihr Profil
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im medizinischen Bereich (z. B. Pflegefachkraft, Notfallsanitäter oder MFA mit klinischer Erfahrung).
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Manchester Triage System (MTS).
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei hohem Patientenaufkommen den Überblick zu behalten.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen an den Schnittstellen zwischen ambulanter und stationärer Versorgung.
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe IT-Affinität für die digitale Prozesssteuerung.
