Neu und mit vielen Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung suchen wir für die Zentrale Notaufnahme unter Leitung von Chefarzt Dr. Wolf der Klinik Neustadt/Aisch einen Physician Assistant (m/w/d). Die ZNA in Neustadt a.d. Aisch ist die erste Anlaufstelle für ca. 17.000 Patienten pro Jahr. Für die notfallmedizinischen Diagnostik und Behandlung der Patienten steht Ihnen modernste Technik sowie eine digitale Dokumentation 24/7 zur Verfügung. Die Zentrale Notaufnahme bietet u.a. einen vollwertigen Schockraum, eine STENO-Einheit, sowie 14 weitere Behandlungsplätze. Neben der direkten Patientenversorgung steuern Sie Patientenströme mit und agieren interdisziplinär sowie fachübergreifend. Die Triage erfolgt nach dem Manchester Triage System. Ihr Arbeitsplatz befindet sich im Neubau, der erst 2021 eröffnet wurde. Als regionales Traumazentrum besteht u.a. die Anbindung an das Traumanetzwerk. Eine Stroke- und eine Chest-Pain-Unit erweitern das Spektrum der notfallmedizinischen Versorgung. Wir sind in der ZNA erfolgreich zertifiziert zur erweiterten Notfallversorgung (Stufe 2). Mit Ihnen bauen wir unser eigenen ZNA-Teams nach erfolgreicher Etablierung der Notaufnahme als eigenständiger Abteilung seit 7/25 weiter aus.
Wir bieten auch die Möglichkeit für Vollzeitstudierende, nach Abschluss des 6. Semesters das 7. Semester/Praxissemester hier zu absolvieren. Dual- oder berufsbegleitend Studierende sollten bereits das 4. Semester abgeschlossen haben.
Ihre Aufgaben variieren je nach Ihrem Profil:
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Anamnesen, körperlichen Untersuchungen und des Behandlungsplans
- Mitwirkung bei komplexen Untersuchungen sowie Durchführung von medizinisch technischen Tätigkeiten, soweit diese nicht speziellen Berufsgruppen vorbehalten sind
- Mitwirkung bei der Ausführung eines Behandlungsplans und Dokumentation
- Mitwirkung bei Eingriffen
- Mitwirkung bei Notfallbehandlungen
- Adressatengerechte Kommunikation und Informationsweitergabe
- Unterstützung der Ärzte:innen bei der Patientenversorgung und -behandlung
- Teilnahme an den interdisziplinären Teambesprechungen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physician Assistant (m,w,d) oder in der Ausbildung befindliche Studierende s.o. Berufserfahrung im Bereich ZNA von Vorteil. Fundiertes Wissen, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke. Sicherheit bei Office Produkten. Eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit.
