As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will support the sales process by providing technical expertise and product knowledge. This role will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing sales enquiries and supporting external / area sales roles.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide first line of technical support for internal staff, and existing and new customers
  • Identify potential to up-sell our products and service offerings
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer purchase orders, sales orders and quotation onto ERP/MRP system
  • Proactive management of workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Respond to progressing requests from customers and Area Sales Managers
  • Work with internal departments to arrange deliveries and deployments as required by customers
  • Work with suppliers/supply chain manager to ensure on time delivery in line with our requirements
  • Work to achieve set KPI’s
  • Act as final check point of works pack prior to release into the system
