We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Team as a QHSE Technician. Based at KLINGER UK – a leading supplier of sealing, fluid control, and industrial solutions – you’ll support the QHSE function by managing certification processes, performing inspections and tests, supporting corrective actions, conducting internal audits, maintaining training records, assisting with incident investigations, and ensuring equipment calibration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities of QHSE Technician:

  • Own and administer the certification processes from suppliers through to customer.
  • Inspection, test and release activities as required through goods inwards, internal processes and final inspection.
  • Support the NCR (Non-Conformance) and SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action) process to deliver robust corrective action.
  • Conduct internal QMS (Quality Management System) and process audits.
  • Support accident and incident investigations.
  • Maintain training records and ensure site compliance.
  • Support the calibration process by ensuring all equipment is compliant and available.

Key Requirements of QHSE Technician:

  • UK Driving Licence.
  • Internal Auditor qualification, or working towards.
  • Time served experience in similar role.
  • NDE trained.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
