We are seeking a strategic Director of Global Marketing to lead our go-to-market efforts and drive revenue growth through innovative product positioning and market expansion. This role combines deep market expertise with operational excellence to accelerate new client acquisition and partnership development across national and international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Market Leadership: Define and implement a modern, scalable marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives. Drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new logo/client acquisition and partnership expansion across national and international markets.
- Team Transformation: Build and lead a high-performing, agile marketing team while fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and performance.
- Brand & Positioning: Strengthen Kline’s brand presence in the market by refining our positioning, messaging, and value proposition across channels with a large focus on building product awareness of our Advisory capabilities and products.
- Demand Generation: Own and optimize the demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline growth. Leverage marketing automation, SEO/SEM, content, events, and performance marketing to support customer acquisition and expansion. Build and optimize scalable sales enablement infrastructure including marketing collateral, training programs, competitive intelligence, and sales tools. Design and implement processes that support the complete customer acquisition lifecycle from initial engagement through contract execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to align market strategies with business capabilities and customer needs. Oversee CRM optimization and analytics infrastructure to deliver actionable KPI insights, trend analysis, and accurate forecasting. Implement marketing tech stacks that provide visibility into ROI and customer behavior. Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and personalization.
- Customer Marketing & Retention: Partner closely with sales and customer success to drive engagement, upsell, and retention. Develop lifecycle marketing programs that align with the customer journey.
- AI and Innovation-Forward: Champion the integration of AI into the marketing stack, ensuring the team leverages emerging technologies for content creation, campaign optimization, personalization, and customer insights.
