Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal Crypto Market Strategist to expand KLIENT GROUP\'s strategic perspective on digital assets and crypto markets. This role focuses on market structure, asset evaluation and capital positioning within the crypto space, supporting advisory mandates, strategic research and internal decision-making.
This is not a trading role and not a public-facing commentary position. It is a senior individual contributor role focused on market judgment, frameworks and insight quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze crypto market structure, liquidity dynamics and capital flows
• Evaluate digital assets, market narratives and structural risk factors
• Identify macro and micro market regimes relevant to crypto positioning
• Provide strategic crypto market insights to advisory and leadership teams
• Develop frameworks for assessing opportunity, risk and timing in digital assets
• Support transaction-related research and strategic advisory work
• Maintain high standards of discretion and analytical integrity
Requirements
• Extensive experience operating in or analyzing crypto markets
• Strong understanding of spot, derivatives, liquidity and OTC market dynamics
• Background in trading, market strategy, investment analysis or advisory roles
• Ability to form independent market views and challenge consensus thinking
• Strong judgment under volatile and uncertain market conditions
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Hands-on experience with crypto wallets and exchanges is essential
Compensation
Base Salary:
£150,000 – £210,000 per year (Gross)
Token Allocation:
Discretionary long-term incentive aligned with digital asset advisory growth
