THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ROLE:
This is a senior position combining technical delivery, leadership, and commercial responsibility. You will take the lead on complex planning and EIA projects, ensuring delivery to a high standard, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Alongside this, you will support the growth of the business through client development, team leadership, and strategic input into the consultancy's direction.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Significant experience (circa 10+ years) within town planning.
- Strong background in managing complex applications and/or EIA projects.
- Proven client management and business development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership and team management capability.
- Chartered RTPI membership (or equivalent).
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage project performance.
