The Associate Director Role: This is a senior position combining technical delivery, leadership, and commercial responsibility. You will take the lead on complex planning and EIA projects, ensuring delivery to a high standard, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Essential Skills:
- Significant experience (circa 10+ years) within town planning
- Strong background in managing complex applications and/or EIA projects
- Proven client management and business development experience
- Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system and regulatory frameworks
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Chartered RTPI membership (or equivalent)
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage project performance
