Overview
As Strategy Director, you will shape integrated brand and omnichannel strategies for healthcare and life sciences clients. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable plans and guide executive stakeholders through workshops and strategic sessions. Your work blends data, behavioral science, and AI-enabled approaches to inform brand and customer experience decisions. Responsibilities
- Develop integrated brand, omnichannel, customer experience, and communications strategies for HCP and consumer audiences
- Facilitate client workshops and senior-level presentations to shape brand and commercial decisions
- Collaborate with Client Services, Creative, Medical Strategy, Science & Regulatory, and Project Management to align objectives and execution
- Contribute strategic thinking to new business pitches, proposals, and organic growth initiatives
- Apply data, insights, behavioral science, and AI-enabled methods to strengthen strategic recommendations
Key requirements
- 6+ years in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical strategy, life sciences consulting, or integrated agency strategy
- Proven experience delivering strategies from planning to execution for pharma/biotech/healthcare brands
- Experience facilitating workshops and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience cross-functionally driving integrated strategic outputs across multiple teams
- Proven track record in new business pitches and organic growth initiatives
