The Senior Account Manager supports client relationships and day-to-day delivery across healthcare and life sciences accounts in the UK. This role partners with Strategy, Creative, Medical, Project Management, and Production teams to keep work moving with clarity, accuracy, and strong client service. The Senior Account Manager helps manage timelines, scopes, budgets, client communications, and regulatory review processes while supporting high-quality delivery across projects.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day client communications, status meetings, actions, and follow-ups across healthcare or pharmaceutical account work.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Strategy, Creative, Medical, Project Management, and Production teams to keep projects on brief, on time, and on scope.
  • Support scopes, estimates, timelines, budgets, and change requests in partnership with Project Management and account leadership.
  • Prepare client-facing materials, meeting agendas, contact reports, status updates, and project documentation with clear next steps.
  • Track project risks, feedback, approvals, and regulatory review requirements to support compliant, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client service experience in an advertising/marketing agency environment with ownership of day-to-day client relationships.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences experience with exposure to Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes.
  • Experience managing multi-channel project delivery across digital, social, CRM, print, presentation, or campaign deliverables.
  • Experience preparing client-facing status reports, meeting notes, timelines, estimates, or scope documentation for active accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client feedback through defined review and approval processes.
  • Experience supporting budgets, timelines, resource needs, and change requests on agency projects.
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience supporting UK, EMEA, or multi-market healthcare accounts with regional and local stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience working with Veeva, Zinc, PromoMats, or comparable pharmaceutical review platforms.
  • Experience contributing to account planning, organic growth opportunities, or scope development.
  • Ability to build trusted working relationships with clients and internal teams through proactive communication, problem-solving, and accountability.
