The Creative Director is a client leader overseeing multiple accounts led by Associate Creative Directors, managing a team to create best-in-class work, reporting roughly $5-10M in revenue. They collaborate with cross-discipline leads to develop advertising initiatives aligned with client marketing strategies and objectives. The Creative Director is also expected to win new business in a competitive pitch, with support from creative leadership.
