We’re looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team to manage our portfolio of properties on online platforms, including Airbnb. You’ll be responsible for letting properties, setting up and optimizing listings, and ensuring high occupancy rates. Experience with credit checks and tenant screening is a must.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize property listings on online platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Zoopla).
- Handle enquiries, viewings, and bookings.
- Conduct credit checks and tenant screening.
- Prepare and manage rental agreements.
- Coordinate with owners and service providers.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and occupancy.
- Experience with online letting platforms and Airbnb (Zoopla, OpenRent).
