About Klicco

Klicco is the operating partner for full-arch dental practices. We go beyond traditional marketing agencies: rather than just generating leads, we own the entire growth funnel for our clients: paid advertising on Google and Meta, SEO and local search, conversion-focused websites and landing pages, content production, in-practice sales training, and the software and reporting that ties it all together. In short, we combine marketing, sales, software, and coaching into one system that helps dental practices grow predictably. We're trusted by practices ranging from single-location clinics to multi-doctor groups.

The Role

We're looking for a Front-End Developer to build and maintain the websites and landing pages we create for our dental practice clients, along with the occasional small web application. Your main focus will be designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, fast, conversion-focused websites. You'll also build small internal applications such as dashboards from time to time. As part of the role you'll occasionally liaise directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify briefs, and handle change requests, so clear communication matters alongside your technical skills.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own projects end to end from design through to build. We're after someone who can both design and build: you don't need to be a full-time designer, but you do need genuine taste and an eye for clean, modern layout. Craftsmanship, speed, and attention to detail make a real difference here. We're open to someone earlier in their career, as long as you can work independently, take a project from brief to finished site, and bring real design taste. We care more about what you can do than how many years you've done it.
