Kleos moves money. To do that at the scale we want, we need real financial infrastructure underneath: strong banking relationships, the right payment partners, clean entity finances, and ultimately a Payment Institution license. You’d work directly with the founders to build all of that. The 6–12 month target: PI license acquisition.

What you’d own:

  • Banking and payment infrastructure — relationships with banks and payment partners across UK and US.
  • New payment partner sourcing as we expand.
  • Finances across our UK and US legal entities.
  • Putting idle cash reserves to work.
  • The path to a Payment Institution license — 6–12 month target.

Who we’re hiring:

  • Background in finance, treasury, fintech, or financial operations.
  • Real experience working with banks and payment providers — not just managing them, opening relationships.
  • Knowledge of payment systems and cross-border transactions.
  • Fintech background a strong plus.
  • Track record managing international entity finances — UK or US experience especially valuable.
  • Sharp analytically, biased toward solutions.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders in an early-stage environment.

What you get:

  • £55,000 – £70,000.
  • Direct collaboration with founders.
  • Your input on financial decisions has weight.
  • Strategic role with real influence on company direction.
  • Hybrid in Richmond upon Thames, 2 days/week in office.
  • The full Kleos benefits package — see the careers page.
