About Kleos

Kleos is a global teams management platform that helps companies manage contractor and employee payroll across borders. We bring compliant contracts, IP assignment, KYC/KYB verification, multi-currency transactions, and one clean B2B invoice into a single platform. 600+ teams use Kleos to make payroll disappear. We’ve processed $60M+ in payouts, helping companies pay contractors around the globe faster and keeping both teams and contractors happy.

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help grow Kleos, with a strong focus on building and scaling our EoR direction. You will work across product areas, but your key ownership will be around Employer of Record flows, employee onboarding, employment compliance, documents, payroll experience, and operational tooling. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move fast, work with ambiguity, and turn customer, legal, operational, and business needs into simple product experiences.

What you’ll own

  • EoR product flows: employee onboarding, employment documents, payroll-related workflows, and lifecycle management
  • Product improvements across company, contractor, and employee experience
  • Internal tools for Operations, Legal, Finance, and Support teams
  • Customer discovery and validation for new EoR and global workforce use cases
  • Product requirements, user flows, prototypes, and launch plans
  • Metrics, funnels, and product analytics for your domain

What you’ll do

  • Conduct customer discovery and user research
  • Define roadmap and priorities for EoR and related product areas
  • Translate legal, operational, and customer requirements into clear product specifications
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Support
  • Design simple and intuitive user flows for complex employment and payroll processes
  • Prioritise initiatives by business impact, customer value, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility
  • Launch features, measure impact, and iterate fast
  • Build and maintain product documentation and operational runbooks

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience building B2B SaaS, HRTech, payroll, workforce management, EoR, fintech, or operationally complex products
  • Strong discovery skills and ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions
  • Good understanding of user flows, UX, and product design principles
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and leading features from idea to production
  • Strong product analytics skills: funnels, KPIs, business impact, and product metrics
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Operations, Support, Engineering, and Product
  • Ability to move fast with limited supervision and make decisions independently

Nice to have

  • Experience with EoR, contractor management, payroll, HRTech, or global employment products
  • Understanding of employment compliance, contracts, payroll cycles, benefits, or local labor requirements
  • Experience working with internal tools and operations-heavy products
  • Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar tools

WHAT WE CAN OFFER

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
  • Remote-friendly, flexible working arrangements.
  • Opportunity to shape a critical product area in a fast-growing fintech business.
  • Professional development support, training and conference budgets.
  • A collaborative, ownership-driven team culture.
