Kleos Space is scaling its marketing operations to power go‑to‑market activities globally. You will own the systems layer, design and run the machinery behind campaigns, lifecycle programs and sales handoffs. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing on day one, becoming an early owner of the marketing ops function.
You’ll manage HubSpot architecture, set up tracking and reporting, and drive data quality and tooling integration to enable measurable growth across campaigns and channels.
