In unserem ambulanten Pflegedienst suchen wir eine Herzensperson, die mit Wärme, Empathie und Leidenschaft unser Team als Stellvertretung der Pflegedienstleitung bereichert. Du bist nicht nur eine wichtige Unterstützung für unsere Leitung, sondern das Herzstück, das unsere Pflege mit Fürsorge, Respekt und echter Zuneigung in den Alltag unserer Patienten bringt.
Deine Aufgabe: Du bist die vertrauensvolle Unterstützung unserer Pflegedienstleitung – du leitest mit Herz, sorgst für eine kollegiale Atmosphäre und stellst sicher, dass unsere Patienten in ihrem Zuhause gut aufgehoben sind. Mit deinem Engagement und deiner Empathie machst du den Unterschied im Leben der Menschen, die auf deine Unterstützung angewiesen sind. Du bist die Stimme, die zuhört, die Hand, die hält, und das Lächeln, das Trost spendet. Du bist auch die Schnittstelle zu unseren angebundenen Arztpraxen und Dienstleistern.
Was wir uns wünschen:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Krankenschwester / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Pflegefachmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Freude daran, Menschen in ihrem Zuhause zu begleiten, und die Fähigkeit, mit Herz und Verstand ein Team zu unterstützen und zu führen
- Organisationstalent, Empathie und die Bereitschaft, das Leben unserer Patienten positiv zu gestalten
