Kleen-Tex Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our UK team in a full-time, hybrid role. This position offers the opportunity to drive growth, develop strategic client relationships, and make a significant impact within a global, innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market analysis to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue and expand market presence
- Manage customer accounts and negotiate contracts to meet organizational objectives
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve company growth aspirations
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
