Join KLEEMANN UK GROUP, a global leader in the lift and elevator industry, as we continue to deliver excellence in vertical transportation. We are seeking an experienced Lift Project Manager to deliver new lift installation, modernisation and full replacement projects across the UK (south). This is a hands-on role managing projects from contract award through to commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with UK regulations to high quality standards.
Scope of the Role
As a Lift Project Manager, you will manage projects from order to final handover — ensuring every stage is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lift projects from start to finish, including planning, installation, testing, and handover
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance standards
- Control project costs, variations, and programme delivery
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality
Skills & Experience
- Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing lift/elevator or MEP construction projects in the UK
- Strong knowledge of UK lift regulations and site safety requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills
- SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS card (preferred)
- PRINCE 2 (desirable)
