Roles

We are expanding our field service team and are seeking experienced Service Call-Out Engineers to support customers across multiple regions.

These are field-based roles responding to reactive breakdowns, carrying out fault diagnosis, repairs, and preventative maintenance at customer sites.

We are also recruiting 2 Night Service Call-Out Engineers to cover London, supporting out-of-hours operations and minimising customer downtime.

This is an excellent opportunity for hands‑on engineers who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy delivering high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency service call-outs within agreed SLAs
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective mechanical and/or electrical repairs
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintain strong on-site customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (essential)
• Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Night Role (London) – Additional Requirements

• Comfortable working independently during night shifts
• Flexible and reliable
• Able to respond to urgent out-of-hours breakdowns
